Personal data we collect
- You provide, name, contact details, messages, order details, invoices, support tickets.
- Collected automatically, IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, time on site, error logs.
- From third parties, payment processors, email delivery, analytics, uptime and security tools, only where needed to provide our services.
Why we use your data and lawful bases
- Provide quotes and deliver services, to take steps at your request and to perform a contract.
- Support and account administration, contract and legitimate interests.
- Security, fraud prevention, and diagnostics, legitimate interests.
- Legal and tax records, legal obligation.
- Analytics and non-essential cookies, consent via our cookie banner.
- Marketing, only with your consent or where permitted for existing customers, you can opt out at any time.
Cookies and similar technologies

Who we share data with
We share only what is necessary with trusted providers, for example:
- Hosting and infrastructure, web hosting, backup storage, content delivery
- Email and communications, transactional email, ticketing, scheduling
- Payments and accounting, payment processors, bookkeeping
- Analytics and monitoring, site analytics, uptime, security tools
These providers act as our processors. We require appropriate confidentiality and security commitments from them.
International transfers
Some providers are outside the UK or EEA. Where that happens we use appropriate safeguards, for example the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional measures where required.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries and support tickets, up to 24 months after last contact unless a legal dispute requires longer.
- Customer and billing records, 6 years to meet tax and accounting rules.
- Server and security logs, typically 30 to 90 days.
- Backups, as set out in your plan or our Terms of Service.
When the relevant period ends we delete or anonymise the data.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- be informed about how we use your data
- access your data and receive a copy
- correct inaccurate data
- request deletion
- restrict or object to processing
- data portability
- not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal or similar significant effects
To exercise your rights, email [your privacy contact email]. We respond without undue delay, within one month. We do not charge a fee unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Children
This site is for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Keeping your data secure
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, for example access controls, encryption where supported, least privilege, regular patching, monitored backups, and vendor due diligence.
